Be verbally illustrative: People like novels because their minds create the reality. I remember being in fifth grade and my parents suddenly realized that I was a nerd. To combat that evil they gave me a numerical game to play and a stopwatch to play it with. I had to keep track of how much time I spent reading and being "active".

Conundrum: Friend/Colleague asks you to review a blog, you like it, think it is better than some that you pen, but have no urge to respond. What do you tell them to change? How do you rationalize giving them feedback, when you honestly think it is more engaging/relevant than most of your own postings?

The question has been asked and answered hundreds of times. Should my company blog? From the responses I have seen the answer usually is: "If you have people with talent and knowledge and they are willing to commit to posting regularly, go for it."

So what should I blog about?
